My dog did really well in the back pack. We tried it a couple times before I went camping and I bought it specifically to hike. She went in the pack about 3/4 way up Table Mountain and was snoring after a short ways. She came out again near the peak and then again about 1/2 way down where she walked again the rest of the way. It’s perfect if your dog needs breaks and she seems comfortable in it. My other dog does great hiking but when we got back from camping was recovering from the long hikes and asked to go in the pack during one of our long hikes through our local coulees. They are both are 20 lb.
Buddy is blind. I am a hiker, i needed some good protection for him. RexSpecs Re incredible!! He got used to them quickly and now knows he has ro have them outside. Incredible doggles !
