Returns

If your dog decides they don't like the gear we have a 30-day return policy. The item must be in NEW condition with the original packaging and tags.

Return shipping is paid by you, but should you decide you'd like to exchange your gear we will reship free of charge.

Please send returns to and include your order number and a note that you wish for a refund

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover our costs of processing and restocking the returned goods if the products are not in brand new condition, are missing any tags, scratches on any of the products or are used in any way. 

Exchanges

Make sure the item is unused and in original condition (tags attached) and you are within the 30 day exchange period. 

Ship the item to us and include your order number and a note on size and colour of the exchange, and any other information we need.

Shipping is paid by you, but we will send the exchange item back to you free of charge. We will ship your exchange once the original bought item is returned to us, or if you can provide proof of mail we can send the exchange item out earlier. 

***Orders and returns are processed Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped out on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's,Thursday's and Friday's unless there is a holiday and shipping will extend to the next business day. ***
