$15 Flat Rate Shipping

• Yes, FLAT RATE SHIPPING of $15 anywhere in Canada or the US.
• We also subsidy your shipping for orders under $100 with a flat rate charge of $15. 

Local Pick up available to those residing in Calgary, AB

• Once you select pick up for your order you will be provided with an address for pickup.
• Pick up hours are: Mon-Fri and weekends 10-5pm 

Order Processing: 

***Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Your order will be picked and packed for delivery 1-2 days from ordering. Orders are shipped out every day of the week (except holidays).

With free shipping we use Canada Post expedited parcel or UPS standard shipping which is 1-8 days delivery time. We are in Calgary so it will be 1-3 days for cities and provinces close to Alberta and longer times the farther East you go.

If you would like your package sooner, please pay extra for:

• Canada Post Xpresspost (2 days national)
• Canada Post Priority (1 day national)

We will not refund your shipping for any delays by Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping within Canada

• Orders are sent via Canada Post or UPS unless otherwise specified
• Orders are insured in case of damage or loss
• If you are in Calgary, you can select free pick-up

Shipping to the USA

• Free shipping for orders over $100, however this option is not tracked
  
• Flat rate $15 shipping for orders under $100 
• Orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees which may delay delivery
• A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail
• Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees

Shipping Internationally

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
• Orders sent internationally are shipped by air mail
• Orders shipped internationally are not charged Canadian taxes
• Orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees.
• A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail
• Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees

How long does it take to ship?

• Once an order is received, processing takes 1-2 days
• We ship on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (may change with holidays)
• You will receive a notification when your order is shipped with a tracking code
• Canada Post expedited parcel takes 1-7 days
• Canada Post Xpresspost and Priority takes 1-3 days
• US Small Packet Air No tracking 5-10 days
• US Priority Air Tracked 3-8 days
• Expect 10-14+ days for International shipping
