Hello. I am thrilled you reached out. Unfortunately both the harness and winter coat are too big. My little guy weighs 4. 6 pounds and is long and lean. I wanted to return the items, but I was not sure if I could for a full refund. It will cost me about $20. 00 to ship it back if you will permit it.
I absolutely love both items, they are just too big.

I got both my girls the Glacier Insulated Dog Parka and they fit perfectly. There’s no doubt they’ll really enjoy the extra warmth and dryness next winter!

We purchased this for our Jack Chi who is very difficult to fit for jackets. He has short legs and a long body. We bought the SM/MED, it’s a bit big but we have made it work. Perfect in length. It keeps him warm and dry. Easy to put on. Very well made

Quality materials and made to last. Love the coverage she gets, and the fit is perfect. Followed the measurement chart, and the fact she already had a L collar, and L harness, the L size coat was great. The clasps across the back are sturdy, and will last a long time. Wonderful coat Rocky Mountain Dogs, love it!

I received my dog's new winter coat in the middle of a cold snap in January and thank goodness it arrived! I was immediately impressed by the thickness of the insulation and softness of the sherpa fleece collar. My 40lb Border Collie fits in a Medium perfectly.

The openings for collar and harness attachments fit our Rocky Mountain Dog gear brilliantly and I appreciate the zippered opening at the neck that makes donning the jacket easy and quick. I don't use the leg straps because my pup hates them, but the coat stays in place without their use. The side buckles are easy to use and the longer chest piece keeps the snow from accumulating on her long belly fur.

I have to admit, I regret not making this purchase earlier. This is a great choice for cold weather wear.
