This seatbelt is great! On its longest setting, my lab can still reach both windows but isn’t able to climb into the front anymore. I feel safer knowing he won’t go flying if we need to brake hard or get in a crash.

Found this item to be very helpful, as it attaches directly to the car seat securing my dog to the back seat. The only complaint I would have is, even at its shortest, my dog can still access me while driving.

Seatbelt Clasp
I am loving the Carsafe Dog Seatbelt Clasp Restraint along with the Kootenay Harness. Previously my Siberian would jump into the front seat and try to get over to the driver side as soon as we left the driveway. He is also very vocal and originally, I thought he would put up a fuss being restrained in the back (fuss = screaming at top volume).
I have used it with him a few times and he is quite calm and doesn't try to fight it at all. An extra win - he is also a "runner" and having the seatbelt restraint gives me confidence when opening the vehicle door that he is not going to bolt.
It is probably one of the best purchases I've made for him.

Purchased for our NS Duck Toller Pup. Works great. Drives are much more comfortable for both us and our Pup. He can sit or lay on the seat. We feel safe knowing he’s buckled into the seat belt latch & saves the car windows from a whole lotta nose smudges….lol
