If you’re looking for a park that’s surrounded by century-old trees without straying too far from city streets, head to the enclosed dog park at Parc La Fontaine. This park is conveniently located across the street from Notre Dame Hospital on the corner of Rue Sherbrooke and Ave. Papineau.

Parc Canin de la Pente-Douce is a smaller dog park with a wide open space for running, trash receptacles for waste, and a dog-sized water fountain at the entrance. You'll find this gem tucked between Braves Park and Saint-Sacrement Hospital, right next to Benny & Co Chicken and across the street from the Capital Reformed Baptist Church.

The Laval-Ouest Dog Park is a no-fuss, fenced-in space for dogs to get some much-needed exercise on the go. There are a few benches that line the fences, but this is mostly an open area with lots of space for play. It's located just off Chemi St Antoine, next to the skate park and soccer fields.
