Processing and delivery time

It takes 1-2 to process your order and 2-7 days to deliver it.

Important note on free shipping eligibility

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be $100 or more after any discount codes are applied and before tax. If your total falls below $100 after applying a discount, a $15 flat rate shipping fee will apply.

International Orders (Outside Canada)

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If your dog decides they don't like the gear we have a 30-day return policy. The item must be in NEW condition with the original packaging and tags.

Return shipping is paid by you, but should you decide you'd like to exchange your gear we will reship free of charge.
